For today’s episode, I am lucky enough to have a lovely co-host Heather and together we rip some Pokemon packs for Piece of the Day! First we open 12 packs of the new Japanese set, Storm Emeralda where we get some hits. Then, just for fun, we open some Chaos Rising to see if we can add some chaos in our lives. And… well, let’s just say we get a hit there too! But immediately after that, we go into talking about my impression of the first 3 episodes of Lanterns. Both my impressions and a light retelling of some of the scenes. So if you haven’t started yet, maybe this will help inspire you. Either way, In brightest day, in blackest night… the Murphy Street Podcast will always be there to talk with you about it!

For today’s episode, I address two of the bigger IPs that I’ve been paying attention to and that’s the MCU and Star Wars. First off, Avengers Doomsday now has two trailers, so I mention some of the oddities that were piquing my interest with that. Some crazy group combinations and just some scenes, but ultimately, SO EXCITED to see this movie! And secondly, Ahsoka Season 2! I share some of the characters and matchups that jumped out at me most, including one character that we might not have ever seen before.. MAYBE. Either way, jump in and enjoy this episode of the Murphy Street Podcast!

I’m going to start by apologizing. If you end up listening til the end, I get a little emotional. Actually, very emotional. Passionate is what I would say. And I just realized that I didn’t give the writers room their flowers for making me get that way because of the twist at the end. That was PEAK writing for them. But does that mean I enjoyed it? I’ll share with you my thoughts on the finale episode and the season as a whole! And it may not be what you think. Or maybe it is. Either way, I’m glad I watched it all, and I very much look forward to Season 3! But I really hope to hear from you on how YOU felt about it, so let me know! Regardless, listen in and I hope you enjoy the show

So before I go any further I want to say thank you to all of you who continually tune in and help to keep me motivated. I hope to hear from you more and continue to bring you more episodes. But I wanted to ask… what do you think of The Ninth Jedi?
