Equipping the saints is one of the primary responsibilities of church leaders. Equipping believers to do works of ministry - leading towards maturity. This is really important as there seems to be a generational gap - with few qualified overseers. Equipping the saints is critical - but not just for increased program and sweet ideas. Rather, we need to equip the saints to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit - and in that power and foundation - work towards kingdom transformation. Let’s get excited. Gods on the move!
