Suzy Lyall left her department store job on the evening of March 2, 1998. She hopped on the bus for the quick 2-mile ride back to her college dorm at SUNY New York in Albany.

Suzy got off the bus- presumably- around 9:45 p.m.  

And 19-year-old Suzy Lyall was never seen again.
