From Christmas Eve into Christmas morning in 1945, a fire blazed at the Sodder residence in Fayetteville, West Virginia. The Sodders, and nine of their ten children were home when the fire broke out. Five of the children would mysteriously "disappear" during the fire, with little to no trace as what may have happened to them.

Today, we will look into the fire and puzzling disappearance of the Sodder children. What could have truly happened? Did they die in the fire? Did they run away? Or, did something more sinister take place?
