In this piece I discuss a man so mysterious that the local newspapers couldn't even get a grip on what his full name might have been. As a mystery man, a guy I can only definitively identify as "G. Marty" died in a manner that is equally as mysterious as he was beaten down on Portland's streets back in 1913
