Today I present the first of a series of four podcasts that I recorded with Dina Berrin.

In this Ep, I discuss the concept of love as a deep, enduring bond that ties individuals together, even in cases of estrangement or abuse. I share a personal story about my relationship with my father, explaining how this bond persisted even after death, despite years of emotional pain. We explore the idea that we might choose our families and partners in a karmic or soul agreement, though I admit to having no concrete evidence to support this. I reflect on the importance of curiosity and reflection in understanding our reactions to others and suggest that our experiences, positive or negative, are meant to teach us valuable lessons.
