The most important factor for building muscle and improving your physique is progressive overload.

Trouble is, many physique focused lifters are under the impression that progressive overload only involves adding more weight to the bar.

This couldn't be further from the truth. It's a myth that can unfortunately lead to feelings of frustration and inadequacy when physique artists fail to add weight to the bar week after week.
