When I started meditating over 3 years ago it was a struggle for me. I had no idea what to do or how to get started. 

There were 2 things holding me back:

1) I couldn't figure out how to keep my brain free of thought, and
2) meditating felt like a lot of work. 

Then I realized you're not supposed to shut your brain off, that's impossible and it can be easy. 

On this podcast I'm debunking the myths that meditation is about clearing out your thoughts and that meditation is hard. Once I got passed these 2 things, meditation was able to change my life!!!
