Routines are key to a wealthy mind and body! A constant workflow 24/7 every second of the day is not healthy and will NOT take you closer to those goals! Take the ten minutes to an hour to relax, tend to those certain routines morningly or nightly to ease your mind so you can work 10x harder on your business! Balance is just as important as the hustle!
