More than half of Nagorno-Karabakh's Armenian population have already sought refuge in Armenia less than a week after Stepanakert's surrender to Azerbaijan.

Laurence Broers, an associate fellow at the Russia and Eurasia programme at Chatam House, phones in to talk about the international community's role in the conflict, and whether more could have been done to avoid the latest fighting and displacement of Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh.
