Prisoner Najib Razak turned up for his 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) case at the High Court today despite an overnight stay in hospital.
The prosecution's 26th witness, Siti Zauyah Mohd Desa told the court that as the company's former deputy secretary, chairman Mohd Bakke' Salleh's resignation as 1MDB chairman was not recorded in the company's meeting minutes.
