The NOI is one of the most controversial cults to penetrate the black community. It promises African Americans a new identity and purpose, but can it deliver? We will be offering a theological analysis and critique of the movement from a Christian perspective in order to enlighten our understanding concerning what is, by our estimation, a serious threat to the black community.
