Back home and looking to make a push within the North Division, the Vancouver Canucks stumbled on home ice against the Winnipeg Jets falling 4-0 at Rogers Arena.  The story within came when Canucks captain Bo Horvat took an Alex Edler shot off the foot and left the game limping in pain.  On this episode of The Nation, Vancouver Province/Sun writer Patrick Johnston stops by to break the game down while EA Sports exec Sean Ramjagsingh talks about his journey building the NHL brand on multiple gaming platforms.

Vancouver picks up its 8th win in the past ten after a 3-2 overtime victory in Montreal.  JT Miller scores the winner in the extra frame as the Canucks get back to the .500 mark on the season at 16-16-2.

Vancouver built an early two-goal lead against the Ottawa Senators yet needed a shootout to pick up a 3-2 victory on Wednesday afternoon in Ottawa.  Brock Boeser (15) and Bo Horvat (13) scored in regulation for Vancouver before Adam Gaudette picked up the winner in the shootout to help the Canucks improve to 15-16-2 on the season.  The win improved Vancouver to 5-0 vs. Ottawa this season and moved them to within two points of Montreal for the final playoff spot in the North Division.

The Vancouver Canucks got goals from Jayce Hawryluk and Tanner Pearson to build an early two-goal lead on the Senators in Ottawa on Monday night (March 15) yet needed J.T. Miller's 8th of the season to recapture the extra point in overtime as Vancouver topped the Sens 3-2.

Thatcher Demko was peppered in the win as he turned away 44 of the 46 shots he faced to improve to 6-1 in the month of March with a .953 save percentage.

Vancouver (13-16-2) wrapped up a five-game homestand with a greasy 2-1 victory over the Edmonton Oilers (18-12-0) on Saturday night down at Rogers Arena.  Bo Horvat (12) and Tyler Myers (4) scored for Vancouver while Thatcher Demko stopped 34 of 35 shots to help the Canucks head out on the road with a 4-1 homestand now in the rearview mirror.

After rattling off a pair of unexpected victories over Toronto and then a buzzer-beating win against the Canadiens, the Vancouver Canucks took to the ice in hopes of extending their winning ways to four games.  Unfortunately, Montreal had other ideas as they rocked the Canucks 5-1 out at Rogers Arena outshooting the West Coasters 44-24 to send Vancouver to a challenging 12-16-2 through 30 regular-season games.

Just when it looked like the Canucks were going to squander a 29-save performance from Thatcher Demko, Adam Gaudette scored in the final minute of the 3rd period to even up Monday's game vs. Montreal at 1-1, and then Bo Horvat got Vancouver the extra point in the shootout to extend the Canucks winning ways to three in a row!  Jeff Paterson (The VANcast) and Rob Williams (Daily Hive Vancouver) help break down the game.

Vancouver managed back-to-back wins for the first time since January with a decisive 4-2 victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs at Rogers Arena.  Brock Boeser scored his team-leading 13th goal of the season, while Bo Horvat (11), J.T. Miller (7) and Nils Hoglander (5) also found the back of the net for the Canucks.  The win improves Vancouver to 11-15-2 as they reach the mid-way point of the season.
