The National Overages Finders Alliance presents a serious threat to the industry due to the fact that we are also victims of foreclosure. Unlike our competitors, we seek to help those who are unaware of their rights by providing them with information. We do not expect people to use our services, but we want them to be aware of the potential benefits that are available to them. We believe that we can make a positive difference in the poverty rate of America by returning the money to families who need it. The state has no need for this money, and by taking it away from these families and using it for the school fund, it is essentially stealing. We cannot expect families who have just lost their homes to willingly donate the equity in their home to the state. We are here to help these families by aiding the state in locating them. Our mission is to provide financial assistance and save lives, and we are confident in our ability to do so.
