Brittany sees clients virtually through 1-on-1 and group work, and is available in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for speaking opportunities.  Brittany has been in the industry for over five years and loves helping her clients reach their goals.   Brittany debunks several myths when it comes to diet and fueling for performance, especially when it comes to athletes training for events.  Brittany discusses weight cycling and how that can negatively effect your health.   Brittany also discusses the negative effects of starvation and depriving one’s self from proper fuel, calories and nutrition.  Are cravings caused by actual nutrition deficiencies or just a mental craving?
