The NBA is experiencing many problems including load management which includes the unnecessarily reduction of player minutes and/or sitting out games. While it may benefit individual players or teams for players to sit out games or coaches reduce minutes, the NBA as a whole is being devastated.

The cumulative effect of load management will soon reach a tipping point of no return where the NBA cannot recover its fan base and ability to generate the necessary viewership to perpetuate its revenue cycle.

The NBA must incentive players, coaches, and ownership to play more minutes and play more games. In the video, I provide the solution.
