In the fourth and final episode, Avery talks with Charlie Wesche, Emma Richards, Rebecca Vogt, and Eric Ebeler on what the future of housing will look like for Nebraskan residents. She discussed what needs to be done in order to straighten things out and get back on track to a stable, steady, housing economy and how to make housing more affordable again. 

In the third episode, Avery spoke with Adam Kotas and Raegan Gellatly, a couple that currently resides in Lincoln and were hoping to purchase their first home together, but realized quickly the dream was not going to be possible anytime soon.

In the second episode, Avery speaks with Eric Ebeler, a managing broker of NPDodge in Lincoln. She also spoke with Charlie Wesche about the barriers that have arose from the housing crisis and the factors that have contributed to making it nearly impossible to purchase a home right now. 

In the first episode, Avery spoke with Charlie Wesche, the CEO of NeighborWorks, which is a non-profit based in Lincoln that works to help residents afford a home in and around the city. She also spoke with Rebecca Vogt, the survey research manager that studies rural Nebraskans, and Emma Richards, a realtor based out of Omaha. In this episode, she dives into why Nebraska is currently in a housing crisis and the affordability issues that the state is dealing with.
