God wants us to have good friends. One way that can happen is by first being a good friend. And a good way of getting started with that is recognizing how God has been a good friend to you.

Proverbs 18:24 — "One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother."
