Dr. Sharlene Sinegal Decuir is an Associate Professor and History Department Chair at Xavier Univerity of Louisiana (XULA), the nation's only historically black and catholic university.  Dr. Sinegal Decuir opens up and shares her personal experiences with "The Network," detailing how she found herself, the challenges she faced on her way to tenure and what America must do to stop repeating its mistakes.
