Did you know there is actually a science behind why and how living intentionally works? It’s not just a woo woo tactic that you employ and it just magically works. When you start practicing intentional living, there are actual chemical transformations happening in your body.

When you hear me say things like “rewrite the story” or “let go of limiting beliefs and adopt new beliefs” or “create your ideal life”, I think it can tend to sound vague and abstract and maybe leave a lot of people wondering what all of that actually means and also wanting some more tangible action steps to take. I’m a big believer in not just having the “what to do” but also having the “why” and the “how”, because the why and the how are what enable us to believe in the what.
