Jesse Kemp is a Learning and Development Specialist at Western Forest Products. Jesse helps organizations design and implement effective training and development programs for their employees. He uses a variety of engagement strategies to ensure he maximizes attention to support the overall retention of new information and then strive to assess the application. There is a difference between knowing something and acting with that knowledge. 

The way we train employees has to change . . . because it just doesn't work the way it used to. With his experience as a consultant and employee in a number of Vancouver Island organizations, he augments that with 5 years of working with the Ministry of Education in Malaysia to update their educational practices.
