Hey Everyone! Welcome to the 4th episode of Towards The Change podcast with me. In this episode, I talk about the famous "The average of 5 People Rule" and how radically it has changed and has gained a new form with the internet Democratizing access to great people and their content.  

Basically pondering around the idea that how we are driven and formed by our environment, why it is important to be around the right people and why it the most important part to get right and to some extent, we consciously can by being around the right people and learning from them.  

But with the new form of The average of 5 People Rule things have changed a lot earlier we didn't have access to the thought of people we want to learn from and now we have access to everyone who is there out there online which also gives birth to the need to filter out the things and tune into what matters.
