Nurses using mobile technology at the bedside is the topic this month on the Nursing Notes Live podcast. We look at nurses on the front lines of technology in bedside patient care. On this episode, I chat with nurse Cheryl Parker, Dr. Parker is the chief nursing informatics officer for PatientSafe Solutions and is an adjunct faculty member for Walden and Rutgers Universities in the Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs focusing on nursing informatics. Cheryl also serves on the board of directors for American Nursing Informatics Association (ANIA), and is a Fellow of the Healthcare Informatics Systems Society (HIMSS) where she is a section editor for the Clinical Informatics Newsletter. Here’s that interview with Cheryl.
