Art & John discuss what that might look like, what will be the new normal. And without a vaccine or wide spread effective treatments, they speculate about how long it might take for physical distancing might be loosened to the extent that restaurants can get back to full capacity, sporting events with crowds can resume, etc. As usual, they have different opinions.
