In her current L&D role at Sentinelone, a fast growing recently IPO’d global cyber security organisation, she is working on building the learning function and strategies for enabling a culture of learning throughout the rapidly scaling organisation.
Prior to joining Sentinelone Deb held a Learning and Organizational Development role at Netflix, Deb cultivated a learning culture and built our the EMEA regional learning team, while supporting inclusion and diversity projects. She is co-author of the Learning & Development Certificate Program and faculty member at AIHR Academy, and a proud member of the launch team for ING's Inclusive Leadership Journey (ILJ), an award-winning development program for ING's top 50 women globally.
