This week on The New P&L TO THE POINT we discuss the challenges of creating an environment that actively feeds our curiosity in a hybrid world of work.  One of the side benefits of when we all used to travel and commute to work every day and spend time in the office was the vast amount of mental, visual, ambient sound all around us all of the time - all of which provided a rich potential source for our curiosity and creativity.  In a new world where the commute and the office now solely or largely consists of working in the comfort of our own home, we have to be far more proactive about how we source the food that feeds our curiosity, which is ultimately so crucial to the future of business innovation.
