In the latest episode of Frankly Speaking, General Manager Frank Lawson reflected on his recent retirement announcement, sharing why he believes now is the right moment for a leadership transition at EWEB. 

Frank underscored how the timing works for the organization. EWEB is moving into the latter half of its 10-year strategy, adopted in 2018, and preparing for what comes next. “We’ve made a lot of good progress,” he noted. “But this is also an opportunity to take a step back and ask: what’s next for the utility? A new General Manager can help lead us into that next chapter.”
