Episode 10: The Next Generation

 This one’s personal — and a little chaotic in the best way. For our tenth episode, we’re passing the mic to the next generation. Our kids — Kolton (17), Kade (13), Cascius (11), and Casanova (6) — share what it’s really like to grow up watching us build brands, chase dreams, and run our businesses.

From homeschool life and jiu-jitsu tournaments to event setups and late-night calls, they’ve seen every side of entrepreneurship — the burnout, the bounce back, and the big wins. Their answers are raw, funny, and surprisingly wise.

We talk about what they’ve learned from watching us lead, what they wish we’d slow down on, and how it’s shaped their own view of work, freedom, and success.
