Despite what we might be in for, I have chosen a word for this year that will set my intention - no matter what comes.

We all know the "Word of the Year" right? It's when you choose a word that you want to have for your intention for the new year. Last night, while out on a date with the Copywriter, I decided I wanted to also have a Summary Word of the Year. This is a word that summarizes the previous year based on all the adventures or mis-adventures you have had. 

It's been a fun 18 hours of remembering, reminiscing and re-capping all the details of 2024 and coming up with a word (or in my case, a phrase) that perfectly captures what has been.

In the wake of Hurricane Helene, the thing I have noticed the most (and yet again) is the helpers. They have shown up with heart and strength and fierce grit. They are running into the danger and literally moving mountains to help.
