Yesterday, Donald Trump announced that his administration would put pressure on state Governors in order to get them to make certain schools were open in the fall. Nowhere in his comments did he offer any guidance on how these states could do this safely. Today, he took it a step further by threatening to withhold funding for any state that doesn't comply with his request. To add to it, he also disagreed with the CDC's recommended guidelines for reopening schools.
