It is perfectly natural to cheer for the team you love in sporting events. It's also pretty normal if there is a close call by the officials for you to believe the outcome should be in favor of your team. In the era of "Instant Replay" however, we are all forced to admit at times, that the close play actually favored the other team. So it is with politics as well. Too often politicos and the media ignore the issue in favor of cheering for their team. Similar circumstances have completely different interpretations simply because the team, or political party, is different.
