Happy Monday Overtimers!

This week's episode features the founder of a brand very special to Philadelphia, Nick Bayer. Since creating Saxbys in 2005, Nick has expanded his hospitality company (not just coffee!) to over 20 locations and grown his team to over 500 employees. Although Nick has had an exceptional level of success in the business, he is most proud of the impact he has been able to make in the communities surrounding the cafes as well as the uplifting environment within them. For starters, Saxbys is a proud employer of previously incarcerated individuals. Thank you for punching in for another episode!
