In the opening hour of the show, Nielson and Lt. Eric looked back at the Monday Night Football game, as the 49ers defeated the Jets and looked at the past weekend in the CFL, along with looking ahead to Tre Ford getting the start against the Bombers after the bye week.

 

In the morning announcements, the boys discussed the Oilers and Play Alberta partnering with the Play Alberta ad being on the Oilers jerseys.

 

The hour ended with Nielson looking at the Edmonton Oilers camp roster for the upcoming rookie camp and looked back on the life of James Earl Jones.
