Our podcast intro you may have heard (or skipped through) quite a few times by now mentions about the grief that can accompany losing the certainty we were raised with in regards to our faith. Mark Shortt shares with us his experience of growing up in faith, going into ministry, losing his faith, and then rediscovering a sense of wonder, mysticism, and even what he now understands to be faith. 

Along the way, we talk about experiences in ministry, grappling with our trained abilities in "spiritual manipulation" as former worship leaders...among other things. (Seriously...this one is a little all over the place, but also fun.) :-)
