That's the difference between Episode C and everything that came before it.

She knows what the 2:17 means. She knows what the coffee means. She knows what it means when her shoulders drop the moment he comes through the door, and what it means when they don't drop because he hasn't come through yet, and what it means that she can feel the difference.

She knows. And she has to go back anyway.

Every night. Same corridor. Same window. Same doctor who says her name like it's the first word of something longer he hasn't finished yet.
