Dubbed the "Night Stalker", Richard Ramirez terrorized California between the year of '84 and '85. He committed his crimes in the dead of the night and would catch his victims when they were sleeping in their  beds. We'll talk about his early life and what could have possibly made Richard the horrible human he turned out to be.
