On November 03, 1966, at 7:30 pm seventeen-year-old Carol Ann Farino had finished her waitress shift at Milts Cup and Saucer. After her shift, Carol went to purchase a soda at a local restaurant. carol left the restaurant at 8:00 pm. Her body was found dumped in a private driveway at 8:35 pm. Witnesses reported that carol had been followed to work that day by an unknown male driving a car. When carol told the driver she did not want a ride the driver replied "I will catch up with you later." The suspect's DNA samples collected at the scene were never run through CODIS.
