Greeting one and all to this next instalment of Coffee with Screams. Adam here with the breakdown of this week’s episode “The Night We Saw Halloween”, is a review for the most recent installment of the franchise. Which is as of this episode in theaters! First though Alaina gives us her two cents on the Netflix Series Haunting at Hill House.

From there we cover this most recent which is a direct sequel to John Carpenter’s master piece from ’78.  Alaina and I go back and forth on how the two films related. We do add some drops of Rob Zombie’s Origination story from 2007. We question Micheal Meyers motivation? Is Laurie the missing sibling? Do the other Halloween movies count at all?

Meanwhile going back and forth between all the movies we even start confusing ourselves on which movie we are talking about.  Alaina and I take a trip down memory lane of the 4 Horseman Classics such as Halloween, Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street, and Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
