This week's special guest is CPTD, CTDP, and Chief Learning Officer at Andreas Consulting, Claudette Hutchinson. Claudette got her start in IT as she previously studied computer programming but realized she had a gift for teaching and explaining how to use this technology. This started her journey from working in IT to a career in training and development over the next 23 years. During that time she learned how to ask the right questions to help her solve technological problems for different organizations. This eventually lead her to use her gift for the gab towards her current position as a Courageous Conversationalist who encourages people, especially women to transition from their jobs to fields they are more passionate about. She also focuses on diversity and inclusion in her HR work and has clients all across the globe and speaks at conferences teaching organizations how to keep their employees.
