Francine Mbvoumbo is the founder of Mothers To Daughters a nonprofit organization that helps encourage women of all generations to learn from and work with each other. Francine shared her passion for integrating these women to help uplift each and empower each other through mentorship, entrepreneurial work and support in all aspects of life.

Francine grew up in Cameroon noticed how her mother was always helping out in her community. Her mother encouraged her to pursue her education in Canada. Francine faced many challenges including learning English as she spoke French and her local language, Francine then she went to university. After graduating she moved to Toronto, joined the workforce and was inspired to step out of her comfort zone. She reached out to women in her community to connect and learn from them. It doesn’t matter the age or profession, you can always learn life experience from women in your community from all walks of life. 

Through Mothers to Daughters Francine hosts events and also has online meetings. She works as an intermediary between the generations, from baby-boomers, to gen-xers, to millennials and gen-zers. They give each other advise on life, entrepreneurial goals, technology, social media, relationship and career goals, parenting tips and personal growth etc. They provide very precious and relatable advice like a family.
