Lorraine Jordan is an author and entrepreneur who works with her business partner and founder of Solutions Drive Enterprise, Mandy Branham.
Mandy started off investing in real estate to transform her life and take control of her finances. She met a like minded individual in Lorraine who also started investing in real estate and flipping houses when she 18 years old. Mandy and Lorraine love empowering other women, mothers etc. in taking control of their financial futures through investment and find proper affordable housing in their community.
Lorraine provides guidance to women through joint-venture partnerships to show them how they can invest in properties, flip them, renovate them or sell them or rent them. They offer partnerships for people who want to invest but feel overwhelmed with being a renter. The also provide the tools for property owners to learn how to refinance their mortgages, infinite property and an infinite return. They teach people the value of properties and how to refinance the asset to give back to their partners. Lorraine has helped them to purchase and invest in many properties and have high returns.
They show people how investing in property and buying your first home is not as intimidating as it may seem initially. Many partners live in properties that they also rent rooms from and continue to renovate while generating income. Ultimately, buyers should realize their starter home does not have to be their finale home. There is always room to upgrade, move and grow especially in homes and apartments that are fixer-uppers. Also the upgrades client make can be logical and on a budget but still look good. Mandy and Lorraine want to focus on helping clients create wealthy and stability. And they treat their tenants like clients and like family.
