Every day we are getting closer and closer to name, image and likeness (NIL) becoming a reality. On July 1, 2021 multiple states will allow student-athletes at schools in those states to begin making money from third parties related to the use of their NIL. This episode explores the current state of the various stakeholders involved with NIL – states, the NCAA, congress and the Supreme Court.  With so much going on, it’s important to keep up with where things stand.
