We all have heard the phrase "no new friends", it’s been floating around for years. While I agree that there is something special about the longevity of friendship, such as; the loyalty, memories, and evolving together. However, to subscribe to the "no new friends" mantra can also mean that you're not open to change, growth, forming new relationships and creating new memories with new people. In wrapping up National Women’s Month, Latosha and her female guests gather together to discuss the “no new friends” mantra.
