In a daily email a couple of days ago I spoke about a concept called the non-negotiables
These are things you complete to a schedule, no excuses. Every time.
Creatives are very focused people, and usually very goal oriented
Those goals are usually based on creative stuff though, NOT the rest of our lives
There’s loads of other stuff though: People, health, fitness, confidence, marketing
Mine NN are: doing a daily podcast, daily email, lifting weights and meditation. Journalling is becoming one, and I’m trying to turn healthy eating into one too.
I do them for a reason
I want to help people get better (podcast and email) and I want to stay healthy (weights and meditation)
