This week comedian and host of the podcast "The Dollop", Dave Anthony helps us close out our spooky month by talking about The North Hollywood Shootout.

On February 28, 1997, Emil Matasareanu and Larry Phillips Jr. walked into the Bank of America on Laurel Canyon, robbed it, walked out and proceeded to engage in a shootout with LAPD on live television. It shook the city of North Hollywood and changed the LAPD and policing across the nation in ways that can still be felt today.
