Alana first began her journey of researching and awakening to the truth about porn after relapsing 1 week short on a 90-day “No Fap” challenge. This relapse was documented on Youtube for the world to see and has since received hundreds of thousands of views from those who can relate to her story of authenticity and vulnerability. ⠀

Since then, she’s been candidly sharing with the world on her Youtube channel about her journey to freedom from porn addiction and into healthy sexuality, as well as offering supportive and insightful content to help others do the same.⠀

This conversation, though raw, sensitive and very uncomfortable at times, is by far our favorite one yet & is equal parts powerful and profound, as it sheds light on the shocking realities of this aspect of our culture that is so prevalent & destructive for so many. ⠀
