We can ascend and raise our consciousness to higher levels of Love and enlightenment when we are able to de-emphasize our ego (our mind) and emphasize our consciousness (our heart). For we are God incarnate, spirit in human form, a coalescence of intelligent water molecules existing in cooperation to present as us. We are here to learn how to Love, and to love with more focused intent in the continuous Now moment of Consciousness.
