Dr DeSouza recently completed his PhD working in the lab of Dr Adam Lock, focused on fatty acid nutrition during the transition period in dairy cattle. Jonas focused some of his undergrad and Masters work in the same area while studying in Brazil. There was an extensive question and answer session for this, our first webinar in the 2020 The Nutritionist series.
