We made it to episode 100! š
All those extra zeroes before episodes 0ā99 were officially worth it.
In this episode, I revisit the year-in-review practice I created last New Yearās Eve, and how this year taught me the value of returning to it far more often than once every 365 days.
Taking time to reflect on what has mattered most to us -- what we lived, learned, and still feel sparky revisiting-- is never wasted time.
Especially when we use that insight to inform what happens next.
Why wait until the end of our daysāor our 100th birthday partiesāto look back and take stock of what a life well spent actually looks like?
Iām learning to shorten the feedback loop while I still have the chance to make shifts, course-correct, and choose more deliberately.
Minimizing regret and maximizing enjoyment in this lifetime - the #onherterms way.
