As Karim furthers his investigation, he discovers an experiment that is somehow connected to Pierre Ruskin, "The Prophet of the Valley" and the study of dreams. The OA reacquaints herself with Homer, as she tries to help him remember who he is before reuniting with Scott, Homer, and Renata.
